1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our websites, including kj-tours.ee (Estonia) and kj.tours (Latvia, Lithuania) (collectively, the "Website"), and the purchase of travel packages and related services from Kull Jet OÜ ("we," "us," or "our"). All regional versions of our website are operated by the same legal entity, Kull Jet OÜ, registered in Estonia, and these Terms apply equally across all regional versions.
By submitting a booking order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or services.
2. About Kull Jet OÜ
Kull Jet OÜ acts as a travel agency and intermediary, arranging and selling package tours on behalf of licensed third-party tour operators, including but not limited to Novatours OÜ, Baltic World SIA (ANEX Tour Estonia branch), Join Up Baltic (Osaühing Join Up Baltic), Coral Travel Estonia OÜ, and TEZ Tour OÜ. We do not organise or operate package tours ourselves.

3. Our Services
We provide travel booking services only. We do not sell or ship physical products. Our services consist of:
- Presenting package tour offers from our partner tour operators
- Processing booking orders placed through our website or in person at our office
- Collecting and forwarding payments to tour operators
- Communicating booking confirmations, payment statuses, and any updates to clients
- Providing pre- and post-booking support through our tour managers.
All travel packages — including flights, accommodation, transfers, and related services — are provided by our partner tour operators. The specific terms of each package are governed by the relevant tour operator's own travel conditions, which form part of your booking agreement.
4. Booking Process and Contract Formation
4.1 Placing a Booking Order
To place a booking, you must select a package tour on our website or in consultation with our tour managers, and submit a booking order with complete and accurate information for all travellers, including full names as they appear on official travel documents (passport or ID card).
Submitting a booking order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected travel package. No contract is formed at this stage.
4.2 Order Confirmation and Contract Formation
A binding contract is formed only when BOTH of the following conditions are met:
- We have successfully forwarded your order to the relevant tour operator and received their confirmation.
- We have received your payment (either a deposit or full payment, as applicable).
Once we receive your payment, our tour managers will process the booking with the tour operator. We will send you a transactional confirmation email from [email protected], typically within 1 hour of receiving your payment, confirming that we have received your booking order and payment. This email does not yet constitute a final booking confirmation.
The final booking confirmation (reisikinnitus / voucher) is issued by the tour operator and will be forwarded to you by our team after the booking has been placed in the tour operator's system.
4.3 Payment Status from MakeCommerce
Payments are processed through MakeCommerce (Maksekeskus AS) — www.makecommerce.net. Upon completing a payment, MakeCommerce will send you an automatic transaction status notification to your email. Our tour managers also receive notification of the payment status (paid in full, deposit paid, or transaction cancelled) and will proceed accordingly.
All prices are listed and charged in Euros (EUR). Payments made through MakeCommerce are processed in EUR unless you have selected an alternative currency available for card payments. MakeCommerce supports multiple payment methods depending on your country of residence (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and others). The available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.
5. Pricing, Deposit, and Balance Payment
5.1 Payment Options
Depending on the tour operator and specific package, you may be offered one of the following payment options at checkout:
- Full payment: the entire package price is paid at the time of booking.
- Deposit payment: a deposit of 10–20% of the total package price (the exact percentage depends on the tour operator) is paid at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due before departure.
The deposit percentage and balance payment deadline will be clearly displayed on the checkout page and confirmed in our transactional email after successful payment.
5.2 Balance Payment Deadline
If you have paid a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid by the deadline specified in your booking confirmation. Depending on the tour operator, this deadline is typically 14 to 42 calendar days before your departure date. The exact deadline will be communicated to you at checkout and by email.
Please note: for TEZ Tour OU packages booked 21 calendar days or fewer before departure, the full package price must be paid within 8 hours of receiving the invoice. If payment is not received within this window, the booking is automatically cancelled.
If the balance is not paid by the due date, the tour operator has the right to cancel your booking, and cancellation fees will apply (see Section 6).
5.3 Price Changes After Booking
In exceptional circumstances, the price of a travel package may change after your booking has been confirmed, in accordance with the tour operator's conditions. Price changes may occur due to fluctuations in fuel costs, taxes, fees, or applicable exchange rates.
If a price increase applies, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option to accept the new price or cancel the booking:
- If the price increase is 8% or less, you are required to pay the additional amount.
- If the price increase exceeds 8% of the original package price, you have the right to cancel without paying cancellation fees and receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
If the price decreases after you have paid, we will issue a partial refund for the difference, minus any applicable administrative costs.
6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Withdrawal
6.1 Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your booking at any time before departure by notifying us in writing at [email protected] or by visiting our office. Cancellation fees will apply in accordance with the tour operator's conditions.
Important: package travel contracts under EU Directive 2015/2302 (implemented in Estonian law) are exempt from the general 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to distance contracts. There is no general cooling-off period for package tours.
6.2 Refund Window — Critical Notice
We forward funds to tour operators as quickly as possible after receiving confirmed payment — typically within the same working day, and often within 1 hour. Once funds have been transferred to the tour operator, refunds are governed solely by the tour operator's cancellation policy and cannot be processed by Kull Jet OÜ independently.
A full refund of any amount paid is only possible if you contact us and request cancellation before we have placed the booking with the tour operator and transferred the funds. Given the very short processing window, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or +372 58884445 if you wish to cancel after payment.
6.3 Deposit — Non-refundability After Booking Placement
If you have paid a deposit and we have already placed the booking with the tour operator and forwarded the deposit, that deposit is non-refundable. The tour operator has reserved flights and accommodation on your behalf at this point.
If you subsequently cancel before paying the full balance, the cancellation fees set out in Section 6.4 apply. The deposit paid will be applied toward any applicable cancellation fee.
6.4 Cancellation Fee Schedules
Cancellation fees vary by tour operator. The applicable schedule depends on which tour operator is providing your package, and will be stated in your booking confirmation. The schedules below reflect the standard conditions of our main partners:

Important: The applicable cancellation schedule will be stated in your booking confirmation. For scheduled (line) flight packages, airline ticket costs are typically non-refundable and are charged in addition to the percentages above. Your tour manager will provide a full breakdown at the time of cancellation.
6.5 Cancellation by the Tour Operator or Kull Jet OÜ
In the event that a tour must be cancelled by the tour operator (e.g., insufficient participant numbers, force majeure, carrier cancellation), you will be offered either an alternative package of equal or greater value, or a full refund of all amounts paid.
Kull Jet OÜ reserves the right to cancel a booking if a tour operator refuses to confirm the reservation (e.g., due to lack of availability). In such a case, we will notify you promptly and arrange a full refund or assist in finding an alternative.
7. Booking Modifications
Requests to modify a confirmed booking (dates, hotel, room type, passenger names, etc.) must be made in writing to [email protected]. Modification fees set by the tour operator will apply and will be communicated to you before any change is made.
In some cases, modification is only possible by cancelling the existing booking and creating a new one, in which case cancellation fees under Section 6.4 will apply.
Please note: for TEZ Tour OÜ packages, the first modification to a confirmed booking is free of charge. Each subsequent modification to the same booking incurs an administrative fee of €25 per booking.
8. What Is Included in the Package Price
The price of your travel package includes only the services explicitly stated in your booking confirmation. Unless otherwise specified, the following are typically NOT included:
- Travel insurance (health, cancellation, baggage).
- Visas and consular fees.
- Optional excursions and activities.
- Personal expenses, tips, and minibar charges.
- Meals and drinks not covered under the applicable meal plan.
- Tourism tax payable locally at many destinations.
9. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring all travellers have a valid passport or travel document. For travel outside the EU (including Turkey and Egypt), a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date is required. This requirement applies to all travellers including children.
- Obtaining any necessary visas and complying with entry requirements for the destination and any transit countries.
- Arranging comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation, medical, and baggage cover. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking.
- Reviewing and complying with the terms and conditions of the tour operator and any service providers (airlines, hotels, transfer companies).
- Arriving at the departure point on time. Failure to appear is treated as cancellation and full cancellation fees apply.
- Checking flight times 24 hours before departure on the relevant airport website or our website, as times are subject to change.
10. Liability
Kull Jet OÜ acts as a booking agent and intermediary. Our liability is limited to our role in this capacity.
The tour operator bears responsibility for the proper performance of the package travel services. Their liability is governed by the EU Package Travel Directive (2015/2302) as implemented in Estonian law (Turismiseadus, Võlaõigusseadus).
Kull Jet OÜ is NOT liable for:
- Failure or poor performance of services by third-party providers (hotels, airlines, transfer companies).
- Flight delays, overbooking, or cancellations by carriers.
- Losses arising from your failure to comply with entry, visa, or travel document requirements.
- Losses arising from your failure to take out adequate travel insurance.
Our total liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total price of the travel package purchased.
11. Force Majeure
Neither Kull Jet OÜ nor our partner tour operators shall be liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to war, terrorism, natural disasters, pandemics, industrial action, government restrictions, or carrier cancellations. In such cases, you may be entitled to a refund or alternative package in accordance with the tour operator's conditions and applicable law.
12. Complaints
If you experience any issue during your trip, you must report it immediately and in writing to the tour operator's local representative at the destination. Failure to report issues on-site may affect your ability to claim compensation later.
After your return, you may submit a written complaint to us at [email protected] within 14 days of your return date. We will forward your complaint to the relevant tour operator and assist in finding a resolution.

13. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through MakeCommerce (Maksekeskus AS). By proceeding with payment, you agree to MakeCommerce's terms of service. For more information about MakeCommerce and the payment methods available, please visit www.makecommerce.net.
All transactions are in Euros (EUR). MakeCommerce supports a range of local and international payment methods, which may differ by country. The available options will be displayed at the checkout stage.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Harju County, Estonia.
