The six-story hotel building was built in 1911, and the Maturi family opened a hotel here in 1947. The last renovation took place in 2013.
The hotel consists of three interconnected six-story buildings. A total of 143 rooms.
DBL Classic: 20 m2 , for 2 persons, shower. No balcony;
DBL Dolomiti: 22-25 m2 , for 2-4 persons, shower, some rooms with balcony, mountain view;
DBL Superior: about 28-30 m2 , for 2-4 people, visually divided into a bedroom area and a living room with a double sofa bed. Some rooms have a balcony;
Junior Suite: 45 m2 , for 2-4 persons, bedroom and living room separated by a sliding partition, bath, shower, dressing room, balcony, mountain view;
Suite Bosco: 40 m2 , for 2-4 people, bedroom and living room area with a double sofa bed, interiors in traditional Alpine style, bath, separate toilet, some rooms with a balcony;
Suite Zeledria: 40 m2 , for 2-4 persons, bedroom and living room area with a double sofa bed, interiors in traditional Alpine style, bath, separate toilet, some rooms with a balcony;
Suite Baita: 50-55 m2 , for 2-5 people, two-story room (bedroom and living room), 2 bathrooms (one with a shower, the other with a bath), balcony, mountain view;
Suite Carlo Magno: 65 m2 , for 4-6 persons, 2 bedrooms + 1 living room, 2 bathrooms (one with shower, the other with bath), balcony, mountain view.
