The chalet consists of one 3-storey building. Only 2 apartments (each with a separate entrance)

APT 2 : approx. 120 m2 , up to 16 persons; on two floors (ground and first floor); ground floor: living room "Tyrolean Stube" with oven and kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with shared shower/WC, 1 double bedroom with private bathroom/WC, terrace; first floor: 1 SGL with private shower/WC, 1 double and 1 triple room with shared shower/WC, 1 double and 1 double room with shared shower/WC, balcony.

in a quiet and picturesque location with a view of the surrounding mountains in the city of Huben/Laengenfeld, about 9 km from Sölden and 3 km from the Aqua Dome thermal baths. The village center with a supermarket, restaurants, bakery is a 3-5 minute walk from the house. The stop of the free ski bus is only 150 meters from the house.
