Consists of two-story buildings (no elevator). Rooms on the 1st floor with a patio, on the 2nd floor with a small balcony. A total of 320 rooms.

QUAD Classic Garden (on the ground floor, patio with outdoor shower, min/max 2+2 persons, 20 m2).
