Built in 2001, partial renovations are carried out every year. In the spring of 2014, the lobby and the restaurant-cafe "Trattoria" were renovated.
It consists of a main 4-storey building (332 rooms) and twenty 2-storey bungalows (193 rooms).
The hotel has a total of 883 rooms:
Superior Room (in the Solymar building, king-size bed or 2 individual beds, max. 3+1 pers., 40 m2);
Superior Room Sea View (in the Solymar building, with sea view, king-size bed or 2 single beds, max. 3+1 pers., 40 m2);
Bungalow Superior (near the gardens and pools, garden or sea view, king-size bed or 2 single beds, max. 3+1 pers., 40 m2);
Bungalow Suite (close to the beach and pool, garden or sea view, living room and bedroom, king size bed or 2 single beds, max 3+1 pers., 45 m2);
Suite (in the Solymar building, on the 4th floor, with sea view, bedroom with living area, king-size bed, max. 3 persons, 90 m2).
There are Superior rooms for people with disabilities and adjoining rooms.
