The hotel is located on the first line from the sea, in the Okurcalar area. It consists of one main 6-story building and one additional 3-story building (there is an elevator). On site there are outdoor swimming pools for adults and children, water slides, a mini club, a spa center and gym, and a tennis court. The hotel has several restaurants, including a la carte, 5 bars and a patisserie.
