The complex of buildings of the residence was built in 1992 and is renovated annually.
The complex consists of three buildings: Montana Valbel, Montana Soleil and Montana Premier with Montana Caron (not shown as a separate building on the map, as the building is connected to Montana Premier). The Valbel building was completely renovated in 2018 and is located right next to the slope. Although all the residences are ski-in/ski-out, you need to cross the road from the Soleil building to get to the slope.
