Built in 1996, the last renovation took place in the winter of 2017-2018.
It consists of one four-storey building.
The hotel has a total of 94 rooms:
Studio Limited View (28 m2, max. 2–3 persons) – standard one-room apartment with a kitchen area, balcony, view of the surrounding area;
Studio Standard Sea View (28 m2, max. 2–3 persons) - standard one-room apartment with a kitchen area, balcony, partial sea view;
One Bedroom Limited View (48 m2, max. 2–4 persons) – two-room suite, separate bedroom, kitchenette combined with living room, balcony or terrace, view of surrounding area;
One Bedroom Standard Sea View (48 m2, max. 2–4 persons) – two-room suite, separate bedroom, mini-kitchen combined with living room, balcony or terrace, partial sea view.
