The hotel is a complex of 39 two-storey (no elevator) and three-storey (there is an elevator) apartments, 14 one-storey villas, 15 two-storey villas and one three-storey Club House building (there is an elevator).

Three Bedrooms Villa (128 m2 , max. 8 persons) - two-storey villa, 3 bedrooms and a living room, terrace and garden, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, swimming pool.
