The hotel was built in 1980 and renovated in 2010.

DBL Classic: 18–25 m2 , for 2–4 persons, without balcony
DBL Residence: 20–30 m2 , for 2–4 persons, classic Tyrolean design with light wood in the interior, balcony with mountain view;
DBL Prestige: approx. 28 m2 , for 2–3 persons, renovated, modern design combining dark wood with light elements in the finishing, bath, balcony with a view of the garden;
DBL Maisonette: approx. 50 m2 , for 2–5 persons, two-storey, on the ground floor: living room with double sofa bed and bathroom, on the second floor: bedroom and panoramic balcony with mountain view.
