DBL Holunder: 30 m2 , for 2–3 persons;
APT Weisser Holunder: 60–70 m2 , for 4–6 persons, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with single or bunk beds), living room with kitchen and double sofa bed;
APT Blauer Holunder: 45–55 m2 , for 2–4 persons, 1 bedroom, living room with kitchen and double sofa bed.

directly ( 20 m) opposite the Zettersfeld ski lift. There is also equipment rental, a ski school and an apres - ski bar. The center of the Lienz resort with its pedestrian area is located 2 km from the hotel (20 - 30 min. walk). The ski bus stop is located directly at the ski lift next to the hotel.
