There are 430 rooms in total, divided into the main building (two floors) and several two-story buildings that are not connected to each other.
The hotel was built in 2004 and is renovated annually.

DBL Superior : 20-28 m2, for 2-3 persons. Completely renovated rooms with a separate living room and bedroom (both rooms with satellite TV); The room rate includes: 2 sun loungers and 1 umbrella, reserved in the 1st or 2nd row on the beach, WiFi Internet in the room (free of charge), mini-fridge (first filling with drinks is free, refilling is subject to a fee), coffee and tea making set, daily change of beach towels, 2 free cocktails per room per check-in, welcome cosmetic set, reserved table in the main restaurant.
DBL Comfort: about 20 m2, for 2 persons. Renovated rooms in the main building and with a reserved table in the restaurant

on the south-east coast of Sicily, 10 km south of Syracuse. With an area of over 60 hectares, it is one of the largest resorts in Sicily. The beach is 250 - 600 m from the resort - depending on the building in which guests are staying. There is a shuttle service (09:00-13:00 and 15:00-19:00, free of charge) to get to the beach. There are no shops, bars or restaurants in the immediate vicinity. However, there is a daily shuttle (twice a day, except Sundays) to the city of Syracuse (for a fee).
