Executive Room (one double or two single beds, pull-out sofa, max. 3 persons, 30-35 m2 );
Alpin Studio (one room with a double bed and a pull-out sofa, max. 4 persons, 40 m2 );
Alpine Apart (two bedrooms with double or twin beds each, no door, max 4 persons, 60 m2 )
Junior Suite (one room with a double bed and a pull-out sofa, max. 4 persons, 50 m2 );
Three Bedroom Villa (three bedrooms with a double or two single beds in each, a folding chair and a folding bed, max. 6+2 persons, 120 m2 )
There is 1 Comfort Room and 1 Junior Suite for disabled people.

160 km from Sofia airport and 145 km from Plovdiv airport, 5 km from the center of Bansko, in the Razlozhka basin, between the Rila, Pirin and Rhodope mountains, 1 km from the village of Banya and 5 km from the initial station of the gondola lift. There is a paid shuttle bus to the initial station of the lift (upon prior reservation).
