PART OF THE SOLINEU HOTELES GROUP
The Solineu 3* hotel and apartments form the Solineu Sport complex. Most of the services (restaurants, games room, gym) are shared by both hotels, which are connected by a commercial gallery. The SPA center is separate for each hotel.
The apart-hotel was built in 2004.
One 5-storey apart-hotel building (50 apartments):
apartment 1/4 (max. 4 persons, 50 m2 , living room with dining area and kitchen, bedroom, sofa bed in the living room, 1 or 2 bathrooms with shower, terrace – except for rooms on the top floor);
apartment 5/2 (max. 5 persons, 120–140 m2 , living room with dining area and kitchen area; 2 or 3 bedrooms, some extra beds are bunk beds, in apartments with accommodation for 6 persons (apartment 6/3) the extra bed is a sofa bed, 2–3 bathrooms with bath or shower, terrace – except for rooms on the top floor; in apartment 9/4 – 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms).
A deposit for the room is taken upon check-in.
