The hotel was built in 1995, the last renovation was carried out in 2019. The hotel underwent a minor renovation of the rooms and public areas (bathrooms, frames, refrigerators in the rooms were updated; stone finishing of the main building).
It consists of a complex of two- and three-storey bungalows.
