The hotel consists of two connected 7-storey buildings. The first building was built in 1981, and in 2009, as part of a general reconstruction, the second building was added to the hotel.

Business : 18-24 m2 , max. 2 persons, in the second building, safe, air conditioning;
Business Plus : 18-24 m2, max. 2 persons, on the 7th floor of the second building, windows overlook the garden or a quiet street, bathrobe, tea/coffee making facilities.
