Built in 1975. Reconstructed and opened under a new concept in November 2009. The last renovation took place in 2016.
There are 360 villas in the hotel:
71 Beach Villa (70 m2 , max 3 pers. or 2+1 pers. + inf.). Detached villas surrounded by greenery, just a few steps from the beach. Terrace with a daybed and sun loungers.
33 Beach Bungalow (90 m2 , max 3 or 2+2 persons). Detached square villas, located among lush vegetation and facing the beach, are entirely dedicated to romantic couples. King-size four-poster bed, spacious open-air bathroom, Jacuzzi corner, terrace with sun loungers.
35 Superior Beach Villa (90 m2 , max 3 or 2+2 persons). Villas with the same contents as Beach Bungalow, but with a rounded shape and more modern design. Additionally – a daybed on the terrace.
31 Deluxe Beach Villa (95 m2 , max 3 or 2+2 persons). The villas are located in the middle of the island next to the beach. Large bathroom with outdoor jacuzzi, rain shower, large daybed for two, espresso machine. Outside there is a spacious wooden terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas.
35 Two Bedroom Beach House (205 m², max. 6 persons). Two-storey beach villas located at the narrowest part of the island overlooking the reef or lagoon. Two bedrooms (king-size beds) with sitting areas, two bathrooms (each with a bath, shower and outdoor shower), two dressing rooms, a terrace and a balcony with sitting areas, table and chairs. Ideal for families or groups of friends.
50 Water Villa (90 m2 , max 3 or 2+2 persons). Overwater villas located a few meters from the colorful house reef. Bathroom with rain shower, two sinks, espresso machine. Wide two-level overwater terrace with jacuzzi, sun loungers and umbrella.
30 Deluxe Water Villa (115 m², max. 3 or 2+2 persons). Overwater villas with a modern design, located in the central part of the lagoon. Bedroom with a king-size bed, sitting area with a sofa, bathroom with a bathtub and shower, dressing room, wine cooler. Spacious terrace with a sitting area, sun loungers, table and chairs. Direct descent into the water.
33 Water Villa with Pool (142 m², max. 3 or 2+2 persons). Overwater villas with a modern design. View of the lagoon or reef. Identical in content to the Deluxe Water Villa rooms, but additionally have a private pool (18 m2 ) on the terrace.
12 Pool Villa (165 m², max 3 persons). Beach villa. Bedroom with king-size bed and pool view, sitting area with sofa, bathroom with bathtub and shower, outdoor shower, dressing room, wine cooler, private mini-garden at the entrance to the room. Terrace (located over the water) with sitting area, dining table, private pool (18 m2 ) and sun loungers.
16 Thundi Water Villa with Pool (142 m², max 3 persons). Overwater villas. Identical in content to the Water Villa with Pool rooms.
2 Honeymoon Pool Villa (310 m², max 2 persons). Villas specially designed for newlyweds coming on their honeymoon. Separate bedroom and living room. Additionally, in the bedroom there is a ottoman, in the living room there is a sofa, espresso machine. Spacious garden bathroom with rain shower, bathtub and two sinks. Air-conditioned dining area. Private pool (10 m) with Jacuzzi.
