9 Deluxe Beach Pool Villa (346 m2 (indoor – 108 m2 ; outdoor – 188 m2 ); max. 3 or 2+1 persons). Detached beach villas with a private pool (50 m2 ). Bedroom, separate living room, teak furniture. The bathroom is divided into 2 zones: indoor (shower, 2 sinks) and partially outdoor (covered gazebo with a large bathtub, sun loungers). Terrace with dining area and seating area.
8 Sunrise Water Pool Villa (232 m2 (indoor – 94 m2 ; outdoor – 105 m2 ); max. 3 or 2+1 persons). Water villas with sunrise views. Bedroom with ocean view, living room with glass panel in the floor, bathroom with round bathtub. Terrace with swimming pool (33 m2 ), dining area and seating area, direct descent into the water.
8 Sunset Deluxe Water Pool Villa (256 m2 (indoor – 102 m2 ; outdoor – 114 m2 ); max. 3 or 2+1 persons). Water villas with sunset views. Living room with glass panel in the floor, bedroom, bathroom with round bathtub. Terrace with swimming pool (40 m2 ), dining area, covered gazebo with seating area, direct descent into the water.
7 Beach Pool House (600 m2 (indoor – 189 m2 ; outdoor – 337 m2 ); max. 5 or 4+1 pers.). Beach villas with two bedrooms are ideal for families with children or groups of friends. Spacious living room with sofa, small kitchen (can be used as a bar counter) with bar stools, wine cabinet. Two bathrooms, each divided into 2 zones: indoor (shower, 2 sinks) and partially outdoor (covered gazebo with large bathtub, sun loungers). Terrace with separate dining area and relaxation area. Private pool (74 m2 ) has 2 sections of different depths.
1 Beach Pool Pavilion (600 m2 (indoor – 189 m2 ; outdoor – 337 m2 ); max. 5 or 4+1 persons). The beach villa is identical in content to the Beach Pool House, but has one bedroom and an additional room that can be used as a second bedroom or a spa room, gym or library. Please note! This room category will not be available for booking starting from December 2014.

1 Romantic Pool Residence (623 m2 (indoor – 197 m2 ; outdoor – 337 m2 ); max. 3 or 2+1 persons). A secluded water villa, not connected to the island by a pier (accessible only by boat). Bedroom, living room, dining area, gym, spa treatment room. Bathroom with a round bathtub (indoor) and an outdoor bathtub. All rooms have access to a terrace with a private pool (89 m2 ), a sitting area, an overwater dining gazebo.
2 Velaa Private Residence (1,349 m2 (indoor – 552 m2 ; outdoor – 701 m2 ); max. 10 or 8+2 persons). A luxurious detached two-storey villa. In front of the entrance to the living area there is a gym, a room for spa treatments, a jacuzzi and an outdoor relaxation area. Four bedrooms (all with ocean views; 2 bedrooms on the second floor have balconies, 2 on the ground floor open onto a terrace with a swimming pool). Spacious living room, 5 open and closed bathrooms (with bath and shower), kitchen, separate dining area. Terrace with a private pool (96 m2 ) and a relaxation area.
