15 Earth Pool Villa Sunrise (410 m2 , max 3 or 2+2 persons). Detached villas on the beach. Bedroom with a king-size bed (2x2m), 42-inch flat-screen TV, separate work area with a desk, dressing room. The bedroom has an exit to a terrace with a canopy and access to a private area of the beach with sun loungers. On the terrace there are swing chairs, a table for dinner, a relaxation area. The bedroom also has direct access to a private L-shaped pool (60 m2 ), next to which there is a round outdoor bathtub. The bathroom includes a relaxation area with a sofa, two sinks, a vanity with a makeup mirror, a separate area with a rain shower, as well as a round bathtub and an area with an outdoor shower.
16 Earth Pool Villa Sunset (410 m2 , max 3 or 2+2 persons). The villas are identical in content to the Earth Pool Villa Sunrise rooms, but are located in the western part of the island with a view of the sunset.
30 Ocean Pool Suite (265 m2 , max . 3 or 2+2 persons). Water villas with direct access to the water. Bedroom with king-size bed, living area, bathroom with bath and shower, terrace with private pool (25 m2 ).
9 Ocean Pool Suite with Slide (300 m2 , max 3 or 2+2 persons). Identical in content to the Ocean Pool Suite rooms, but additionally have a water slide.
5 Sunrise Earth Pool Pavilion (410 m2 , max. 4 or 2+3 persons). Spacious beachfront villas with direct beach access. 2 bedrooms (one with a king-size bed 2x2 m; the other with 2 twin beds, each measuring 1 x 2 m), 2 bathrooms (one with a marble bathtub, an indoor shower and an outdoor rain shower; the other with an indoor shower). Maxi-bar with a wine refrigerator, iPod/iPhone docking stations, Xbox (upon request). Outdoor seating area with sun loungers, a private pool (60 m2 ) in an "L" shape. An ideal option for families with children or groups of friends.
7 Sunset Earth Pool Reserve (420 m2 , max . 4 or 2+3 pers.). Detached two-story villas on the beach. On the ground floor: a bedroom with a king-size bed (2x2m), a 42-inch flat-screen TV, a desk. The bedroom opens onto a terrace and a private pool. On the covered terrace: sun loungers, a table for outdoor dining and swing chairs. The terrace has an exit to a private section of the beach. The bathroom is similar to the bathroom of the Earth Pool Villa. Separate living room: a 42-inch flat-screen TV, a private bathroom. On the second floor: a second bedroom with two separate beds (1x2m), a dressing room and a TV. The bedroom has an exit to an open balcony overlooking the lagoon. In the bathroom: a sitting area with a sofa, two sinks, a rain shower. The highlight of the second floor is an open terrace with an area for outdoor dining.
7 Private Ocean Reserve with Slide (610 sq. m , max . 4 or 2+3 pers.). Two-storey detached water villas on stilts with private descent into the lagoon. Not connected to other water villas. On the ground floor: a living room with a staircase to the second floor, an exit to the terrace with a private pool (35 sq . m), as well as to a terrace with sun loungers under a canopy and a private descent into the lagoon. The bathroom is similar to the bathroom of the Ocean Pool Suite category. Also on the ground floor there is a dressing room. On the second floor: a bedroom with a king-size bed (2x2m), a desk, a wardrobe and a bathroom with a rain shower, a terrace overlooking the lagoon, a water slide. Villas of this category are not connected to the main island - movement is carried out by boat (on call, 24 hours).
1 Royal Reserve (3000 m2 , max . 7 or 6+3 persons). A coastal complex of several villas, united by a common area with a swimming pool (length 15 m) and a private beach area. Villa "The Sanctuary" (530 m2 ): bedroom with a super king-size bed, living room, TV with Bang & Olufsen acoustic system, dressing room, closed bathroom with bathtub, spa pavilion, gym, terrace, outdoor jacuzzi with built-in TV. Complex "The Villas": 2 bedrooms (one (240 m2 ) with a king-size bed; the other (195 m2 ) - with separate twin beds), dressing room, 2 closed bathrooms with bathtub, TV with Bang & Olufsen acoustic system, terrace.
