A complex of three 4-storey buildings.
One building with Standard rooms was opened in 1998, the second in 2007. Buildings with other types of rooms were built in 2002. The last renovation took place in 2022.

36 Deluxe (in the main building, with pool view, double and 1 single bed, max. 3 persons, 32 m2 );
5 Grand Deluxe (in the main building, with pool view, double and 1 single bed, max. 3 persons, 42.5 m2 );
4 Family Room (in the main building, overlooking the pool, two bedrooms with doors, double and 2 single beds, 1 bathroom, max. 5 persons, 50 m2 ).
