36 Beach Villa (135 m², max. 3 or 2+2 persons). The villa consists of a living area, a sleeping area with a king-size bed (or 2 queen-size beds) and an area with a bath and shower. Outdoor shower. The villa is designed in such a way that even lying in bed you can enjoy the ocean view. There are no partitions between the areas (a sliding door can be used as a partition, separating the bathroom from the bedroom area). Outdoor dining area. Veranda with a sofa and table, private beach area with sun loungers and a hammock.
41 Beach Villa with Pool (165 m², max. 3 or 2+2 persons). The villa is similar to the Beach Villa, additionally: private pool (23 m²).
6 Two-Villa Residence with Pool (300 m² (135 m2 and 165 m2 ), max. 6 or 4+4 persons). Ideal for families with children. The villa consists of two rooms (Beach Villa and Beach Villa with Pool), located 5 meters from each other. One room has a king-size bed; the other has 2 queen-size beds, a swimming pool (23 m²). Each of the two rooms has an outdoor shower and a veranda. Personal electric vehicle (buggy) for traveling around the island.
5 Grand Beach Villa with Pool 2 Bedroom (322 m², max. 4+2 or 2+4 pers.). Spacious villas, hidden in the greenery of a tropical garden. They have 2 bedrooms, a living room, 2 bathrooms with large bathtubs. The shaded veranda consists of a dining area and a sitting area. The living room has a direct view of the ocean, there is a private beach area and a swimming pool (50 m²). Possibility to use a personal electric vehicle (buggy) to move around the island.
24 Water Villa (149 m², max. 3 or 2+2 persons). Water villas connected by wooden walkways. Living room and bedroom area (there is a sliding door between the areas). Bathroom with bathtub (lagoon view), covered veranda (42 m²) with dining table and seating area, and an open terrace with sun loungers and access to the water. The veranda is surrounded by overwater hammocks. When staying with children under 12, parents must sign a special form (Liability Form).
6 Water Villa With Pool (149 m², max. 3 or 2+2 persons). Water villa. Bedroom with a king-size bed or two queen beds, living area. The bathroom has a shower and a bath, two sinks. Spacious terrace (31 m²) with overwater hammocks, covered veranda (40 m²), private pool (3.56 x 10.72 m). When staying with children under 12 years old, parents must sign a special form (Liability Form).
2 Grand Water Villa (241 m², max. 3 or 2+2 persons). Spacious water villa. Bedroom, living room, jacuzzi (13 m²) with ocean view, open terrace with swimming pool (23 m²), sun loungers and seating area, hammocks with soft pillows stretched over the water. Possibility to use a personal electric vehicle (buggy) to travel around the island, a bottle of champagne upon arrival. When staying with children under 12 years old, parents must sign a special form (Liability Form).
2 Grand Sunset Residence (total area including private beach area – 2,000 m2 / interior area – 457 m2, max. 9 or 6 + 4 persons). A luxurious beach residence surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, consisting of 2 detached villas. Three bedrooms, a living room, three bathrooms with a bathtub, a private pool (50 m2), a kitchen, an outdoor dining area, a yoga area, an open-air cinema. A private beach area. Guests of the villa have a number of special privileges: the opportunity to use a personal electric car (2 buggies for traveling around the island); iPhone, iPad; a bottle of champagne upon arrival, a personalized minibar and other services.
