An open pavilion for relaxation and a bedroom with a king-size bed or two separate twin beds; a large bathroom with two sinks, a bathtub and a shower, an outdoor rain shower.
Family Oceanfront Bungalow with Pool (99 m², max. 3 + 1 or 2 + 2 persons). Spacious beachfront bungalows with a private pool. Bedroom with a king-size bed, a small separate living room with a sofa (can serve as an extra bed), a desk and a TV, two bathrooms (one large with a bath and shower, the second - only a shower).
Beach Villa with Pool (137 m², max. 3 + 1 or 2 + 2 pers.). Beach villas with an outdoor shower and a private pool are located in the southern part of the island, on an open adjacent territory (260 m²) - a swimming pool (12 m2 ), a terrace with sun loungers, a soft daybed, an open pavilion; a bedroom with a king-size bed or two separate twin beds, a separate dressing room; a large bathroom with two sinks, a bathtub and a shower, an outdoor rain shower.
Water Villa Sunrise/Sunset (86 m², max. 3 + 1 or 2 + 2 persons). Water villas are located on a double pier off the northwest coast of the island. Bedroom with a living area (king-size bed or two separate beds) overlooking the ocean; large bathroom with two sinks, bathtub and shower, outdoor shower on the terrace; large terrace (53 m²) with a spiral staircase to the upper observation deck.
Water Villa with Pool (86 m², max 3 + 1 or 2 + 2 persons). Similar to Water Villa rooms, but in addition have a private pool (11 m²).
Family Beach Villa with Pool (164 m², max. 3+2 or 2+3 pers.) Beach villas with an outdoor shower and a private pool are located in the southern part of the island, on an open adjacent territory (260 m²) - a swimming pool (12 m2 ), a terrace with sun loungers, a hammock; an open pavilion. The room consists of two bedrooms (master and children's), connected by a door. The main bedroom is completely identical to the Beach Villa, the children's is an extension with a small bathroom, but without a separate entrance from the street. The room is ideal for families with children. Direct access to the beach.
Two Bedroom Family Villa - Partial Sea View (182 m², max. 4 or 2+3 pers.) Beach bungalows with a garden and a small pool are located in the northern part of the island in an open adjacent area. The room is two Beach Bungalows, connected by a small corridor, each of which is a completely full room. The room is ideal for families with children or four adults. Direct access to the beach. Two-bedroom Water Suite (182 m², max. 6 or 4+2 persons). Consists of a master bedroom, an open living/dining pavilion and a guest bedroom, connected by teak open verandas. Open dining pavilion over the pool (20 m2 ). Closed dining room for 8 people, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, toaster, juicer, coffee machine). 2 walk-in closets, 2 bathrooms (each with a bathtub, shower and outdoor shower), maid's bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom (with a shower), guest toilet. Three - Bedroom Landaa Estate (800 m², max. 9 pers.) New two-storey beachfront residence located on the south-east coast of the island. Consists of a living room and three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with an open and closed dining area, a butler's room, a 30-metre swimming pool, and a private beach about 80 metres long. On the second floor: a terrace with a private pool, a bedroom with a living area, a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower.
