The hotel was built in 1960, the last renovation was carried out in 2010 and 2017 (in standard and superior rooms).
It consists of three 5-storey buildings.
The hotel has 157 rooms:
Standard (18 m2 , max. 4+0 pers.) rooms with two single beds, rain shower;
Superior (20 m2 , max. 4+0 pers.) rooms with one double or two single beds, sofa bed, massage shower;
Premium room (39 m2 , max. 4+0 persons) soundproofing; additionally – coffee maker, desk, view of the city square, possibility of breakfast in the room and newspaper delivery;
Junior Suite (55.6 m2 , max. 4+0 pers.) living area with sofa bed and bedroom area with queen-size bed, whirlpool bath and massage shower, balcony overlooking the city square;
Suite (60 m2 , max. 2 persons) bedroom and living room with a door, king-size bed, bathroom with jacuzzi and shower, dressing room.
There are adjoining rooms: 16 superior and 4 superior with junior suite.
There are superior rooms for people with disabilities.
