The main island was opened in 1995, the last reconstruction was in 2017. Island “Dream Island” open in 2019, “Romance Island” – in 2021.

40 Grand Beach Villa (80 m², max. 3 or 2+2 persons). Beachfront villas with ocean views. Bedroom with king-size bed, sofa, bathroom with bathtub and outdoor shower, terrace.
65 Grand Beach Suite with Pool (101 m², max. 4 or 2+3 persons). Beachfront villas with ocean views. Bedroom, living area, open-air bathroom with bathtub, shower and gazebo for relaxation. Private pool.
21 Water Villa (64 m², max. 3 or 2+1 persons). Water villas. Bedroom with king-size bed, bathroom with bath and shower, terrace with direct descent into the water.
32 Deluxe Water Villa (82 m², max. 3 or 2+1 pers.) Detached bungalows in the waters of the lagoon, bedroom with living area, bath, private descent into the water, large terrace with sun loungers.
5 Prestige Jacuzzi Water Villa (123 m², max 3 or 2+2 persons). Detached water bungalows, bedroom and living room with glass walls on 3 sides, beautiful panoramic ocean views. Jacuzzi, private access to the water from the terrace.
2 Presidential Water Suite Two-Bedroom (272 m², max. 6 or 4+2 persons). A detached villa in the lagoon. Situated at the very end of a row of water bungalows. Consists of 2 bedrooms (king-size bed and twin), a separate living room with glass walls on 3 sides; a small equipped kitchen; a bathroom with a bathtub and shower; a spacious open two-level terrace with sun loungers and a seating area, a jacuzzi, a private pool and access to the water.
1 Two-Bedroom Beach Suite (293 m², max. 6 or 4+2 persons). Beach villas with two bedrooms (king-size beds), two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchenette, a small private pool. Terrace with a seating area, Maldivian swing.
Dream Island (connected to the main island by a small bridge):
22 Grand Beach Villa with Pool (91 m², max. 3 or 2+2 persons). Identical in content to the Grand Beach Villa rooms, but additionally have a private pool.
52 Grand Water Villa (100 m², max. 3 or 2+2 persons). Water villas with direct access to the lagoon. Bedroom with king-size bed, bathroom with bathtub and shower, terrace with sun loungers.
28 Grand Water Villa with Pool (112 m², max. 3 or 2+2 persons). Identical in content to the Grand Water Villa rooms, but additionally have a private pool.
2 Two-Bedroom Beach Residence (310 m², max 6 or 4+2 persons ).*The villas are scheduled to open by the end of 2024 – beginning of 2025.
In water villas, accommodation with children under 12 years old is not recommended and is possible only upon signing a « Disclaimer Form ».
