The hotel consists of one three-story building. There are 13 apartments in total.
Mono 2-3 pax: 30 m2 , for 2-3 persons. Double sofa, additional single or double bed for 3rd/4th person;
Bilo 4-6 pax: 40 m2 , for 4-6 persons. Bedroom with double bed and possible additional single or double bed; living room with double sofa bed, 5-6 bed on request;
Trilo 6-8 pax: 70 m2 , for 6-8 people. One bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two separate single beds and the possibility of adding two additional single sofas, two bathrooms, a living room with a double sofa, a kitchen with a dishwasher.

in a quiet place in the forest, but 50 m from the famous Stelvio slope. With good snow cover, it is possible to approach the house directly on skis. The center of Bormio is 700 m from the house. The nearest ski lift "Bormio 2000" is 500 m from the hotel. There is also a ski bus stop there.
