The hotel complex was opened in 1971 and renovated in 2015.

Trilo Home (max 6 persons, 24 m2 + 16 m2 terrace, living room with kitchenette, sofa bed for 2 persons, master bedroom with double bed, additional bedroom with two separate beds, covered terrace with table and chairs);
Caravan (max 4 persons, 11 m2 + 4 m2 bathroom + 20 m2 veranda; "caravan" is a small house in the style of a trailer; main bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, an additional bedroom with one single bed, a veranda with a kitchenette and dining area, a private bathroom with an entrance from the veranda; just a few meters from the sea).
