The hotel opened in June 2016. It has been operating under the Seaside brand since April 2019.
There are 128 rooms in the hotel:
41 Lagoon Villa (145 m2 , max. 3 or 2+2 persons). Water villas with direct access to the ocean. Bedroom with a king-size bed, bathroom with a bathtub, shower and an outdoor shower. Spacious terrace with a sitting area, sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
8 Beach Villa (205 m2 , max. 3 or 2+2 persons). Beach villas surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, with direct access to the beach. Bedroom with a king-size bed, bathroom with bathtub and shower, outdoor shower. Terrace with a sitting area, sun loungers.
16 Private Pool Villa (205 m2 , max. 3 or 2+2 persons). Villas with limited access to the beach. Identical in content to the Beach Villa rooms, additionally have a private pool on the terrace.
41 Ocean Pool Villa (180 m2 , max 3 or 2+2 persons). Spacious water villas with direct access to the ocean. Bedroom with king-size bed, bathroom with bathtub, shower and outdoor shower. Spacious terrace with daybed, sun loungers, outdoor shower and private pool (6 m).
8 Beach Pool Villa (205 m2 ) - villas on the lagoon side, similar in content to the Beach Villa category, with a private pool.
3 Two-Bedroom Interconnecting Beach Villa (410 m2 , max. 6 or 4+4 persons). Consists of two rooms connected by a path: Beach Villa and Beach Pool Villa.
7 Two-Bedroom Water Villa with Pool (460 m2 , max. 6 or 4+4 persons). Water villas with direct access to the ocean. Two bedrooms with king-size beds, two bathrooms (each with a bath and shower, an outdoor shower), a living room. A spacious terrace with a sitting area, a dining area, sun loungers and a private pool (8 m). Suitable for families and groups of friends.
2 Two-Bedroom Beach Pool Villa (530 m2 , max. 6 or 4+4 persons). Beach villas. Two bedrooms with king-size beds, two bathrooms (each with a bath and shower, an outdoor shower), a living room with a dining area, a spacious terrace with a seating area, swings, sun loungers and a private pool (10 m), a private garden. Suitable for families and groups of friends.
2 Rock Star Two-Bedroom Ocean Pool Villa (460 m2 , max. 6 or 4+4 persons). Water villas with ocean views. Two bedrooms with king-size beds, two bathrooms, living room. Small kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, blender (upon request), dining area, wine refrigerator. Terrace with private pool (8 m) and outdoor dining area. Butler services, 'Rock Star' buggy.
