The building was constructed in 1988, the last major reconstruction took place in 2006. Repairs are carried out regularly.

Brigitte Panorama suite (for 2–4 persons, 55 m2 , on the 4th and 5th floors, bedroom with dressing room, large living room with sofa bed, bath/shower, toilet, west-facing terrace).
