The building was constructed in 2004. During the construction of the hotel and in the decoration of the rooms, only natural materials were used: wood, stone, high-quality textiles, glass.

400 m from the resort centre and 600 m from the Spinale gondola lift, which takes you to the combined ski area of Monte Spinale and Groste at an altitude of 2101 m, and 600 m from the 5 Laghi gondola lift, which takes you to the ski area of the same name, where the Pinzolo-Campiglio Express starts, connecting the ski areas of the Madonna di Campiglio and Pinzolo resorts.
