Premiere Room (67 m2 , one room, balcony or terrace, max. 2+2 or 3 persons),
Executive Suite (110 m2 , living room, bedroom, connecting door, balcony, canal view, max. 2+2 or 3 persons, club privileges).
Villas : 4 bedrooms (600 m2 ), 7 bedrooms (1830 m2 ) – private pool, living room, bedroom.
Apartments: Studio (60–93 m2 ), One-bedroom (75–118 m2 ), Two-bedroom (140–168 m2 ), Three-bedroom (225 m2 ) , Four-bedroom (247 m2 ).

The luxury 8.5 hectare hotel complex is located between the Al Maqtaa and Al Musaffah bridges, which connect the southern part of Abu Dhabi Island to the mainland.
