Opened in 1997. In 2019, the renovation of the rooms in the main building was completed, which now feature a modern design, new furniture and an updated bathroom. During the renovation, a number of rooms were rebuilt and new room categories appeared. In 2020, the swimming pool and restaurant were renovated, and changes were made to the beach.
In 2022, the renovation of the rooms in the building near the water park was completed. In 2023, the bungalows were renovated, the renovated rooms received a new name - Deluxe Bungalow.
The hotel consists of a main 3-storey building, a complex of 2- and 3-storey buildings and 1-storey bungalows.
