Opened in 2018. Consists of three buildings: 5, 12 and 16 floors. The hotel has a total of 106 rooms:

Superior City View (max 2 persons, 35 m2) - one-room apartment, bathroom, balcony, city view;

Premium Sea View (max 3 persons 41 m2) - one-room apartment, bathroom, balcony, sea view;

Family   Sea   View   (max. 4 persons, 50 m2) - one-room apartment, bathroom, balcony, sea view;

Suite Panoramic View (max 2+1 persons, 54.5 m2 ⁾ – a room with one bedroom ( king size bed ), separate living room, bathroom (bath and shower), balcony with panoramic city view and partial sea view.

The hotel has adjoining rooms. 4 rooms for disabled people.

There are Russian speaking staff.

The rooms have 2 single beds or 1 double bed. Extra bed - sofa.
