The hotel consists of a central building, 4 Annex buildings and a Maisonette complex.
The total area is 14000 m2
The hotel was built in 1986, Annex 400 and Annex 300 buildings in 1987, 2000 (the last renovation was in 2011), Annex 200 in 1999 (balconies were renovated in 2021) and Annex 500 in 2001 (balconies and bathrooms were renovated in 2021), Maisonette complex in 2000 (last renovation in 2020). In 2016, cosmetic repairs were carried out in the main restaurant of the hotel.
Some Standard rooms were renovated in 2021 (bathrooms and furniture). In Family rooms, bathrooms were renovated in 2021.
The hotel has 140 rooms in total.
