The hotel consists of a main 8-storey building and separate villas. The hotel underwent a complete reconstruction in 2008. The hotel has 290 rooms, 113 standard (92 with a French bed and 15 twins), 5 Junior suites, 6 Penthouses, 2 Presidential Suites.
AVALA VILLAS 67 villas, also completely reconstructed in 2007-2008 – 82 Suites and 15 VIP Suites, which correspond to the 5* category. An extra bed is not placed in double rooms.
Superior room: living room with sofa, bedroom with French bed. Max. 2 adults + 1 child.
Avala Villas (67 villas): The villa complex is located on five levels on the mountainside next to the main hotel building. The villas have their own restaurant, private pool and parking, which are available exclusively for guests of the villas.
Two-level villas: Standard – total area 60m2 with a hall and a bedroom; Superior – total area 95m2 with a hall and two bedrooms.
