The hotel does not accept guests under 16 years of age.

The main building of the hotel was built in 1989. In 2008, a complete renovation was carried out, and a new part of the hotel was added. In 2016, the buildings with Deep Blue rooms were built.

The total area is 55,000 ^m2 .
