Built in 1990. In 2015-2016, the sea view rooms in the main building were completely renovated. In 2024, a partial renovation of the entire hotel took place.
The hotel consists of a central 3-storey building with an elevator, a complex of bungalows and a separate family building, built in 2004. The total area is 15,000 m 2 .
