Built in 1997. Complete reconstruction took place in the summer of 2016, in 2019 a new SPA was built.

Suite Sea View (sea view, bedroom and living room, min. 1+1, max. 3 persons);
Suite Superior (sea view, bedroom and living room, some of the rooms are two-level (with the possibility of adding two beds in the living room) and a bedroom on the second floor, as well as a bathroom with a jacuzzi and shower, two-level rooms have two terraces with sea views, min. 1 + 1, max. 3 persons);
Presidential Suite (renovated in 2020, sea view, bedroom and living room, hydromassage shower and jacuzzi on the terrace, some of the rooms are split-level with a bedroom and jacuzzi on the top floor, min. 1+1, max. 3 persons, 60–80 m2 );
Royal Suite (sea view, living room and 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with jacuzzi and hydromassage shower, 2 loggias with sun loungers and parasols, parquet, min. 1+1, max. 3 persons, 95 m2 ).
