Built in 1990, the last renovation was carried out in 2018. Partial renovation was also carried out in 2021-2022-2023.
The hotel consists of one main building and two separate buildings, built at different times (2001-2004 and 2006).
All buildings have an elevator.

Superior room (main bed – 2 single beds or double bed, extra bed – single bed, max. 3 persons, 15–17 m2 );
Comfort Deluxe Family Room (living room and separate bedroom, main bed – 2 single beds, extra – 2 single beds, max. 4 persons, 40 m2 ).
