Built in 1996, reconstruction took place in 2011 (main restaurant, main pool, theater, new restaurant by the pool). The main building, where the Junior Suite rooms are located, was built in 2003. The renovation of the rooms took place in 2015: curtains, bed linen, and color scheme of the rooms were replaced.
The hotel has two 4-storey buildings. A total of 427 rooms:
