Consists of 22 two-storey buildings. Total of 148 rooms:
74 Studio (33 m2 , max. 3 persons, open-plan one-room apartment, kitchenette, bathroom, balcony or terrace, 2 single beds or 1 double bed);
74 One Bedroom (42 m2 , max. 4 persons, two-room apartment, separate bedroom, living room combined with kitchenette, bathroom, balcony or terrace, 2 single beds or 1 double bed).
Additional space – a fold-out sofa.
There are rooms for people with disabilities.
