The hotel complex is located in a cascade on a hill and consists of a 5-storey central building (with 3 elevators, but not through all floors) and 4 separate Annex buildings, located 50-250 m from the main building and 250 m from Mononaftis beach, separated from the main building by a road.

Due to its hilly location, the resort has stairs and steep roads, so is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility and has limited stroller access.
