106 Beach Villa (47 m2 , max. 3 or 2+2 persons). Beachfront villas, located in blocks of 2 rooms. Bedroom, bathroom with shower, outdoor shower, terrace.
10 Sunset Deluxe Beach Villa (47 m2 , max 3 or 2+2 persons). Beachfront villas with sunset views, located in blocks of 2 rooms. Overlook the dam side, have limited access to the beach. Bedroom, bathroom with shower, outdoor shower, terrace.
76 Deluxe Beach Villa (47 m2 , max. 3 or 2+2 persons). Beach villas, located in blocks of 2 rooms. Bedroom, bathroom with shower, outdoor shower, terrace.
10 Deluxe Jacuzzi Beach Villa (47 m2 , max. 3 or 2+2 persons). Beach villas, located in blocks of 2 rooms. Identical in content to the Deluxe Beach Villa rooms, but have an outdoor jacuzzi in the bathroom.
4 Family Beach Villa (94 m2 , max. 4 or 2+2 persons). Rooms for family accommodation. They are 2 Beach Villa rooms with a connecting door (interconnecting).
3 Family Deluxe Beach Villa (94 m2 , max. 4 or 2+2 persons). Rooms for family accommodation. They are 2 Deluxe Beach Villa rooms with a connecting door (interconnecting) and additionally have a jacuzzi in one of the bathrooms.
1 Honeymoon Suite (94 m2 , max. 2 persons). A detached beachfront villa. Bedroom with a king-size bed, living area, small kitchen, bathroom with jacuzzi and shower, terrace.
1 Duplex Pool Honeymoon Suite (158 m2 , max. 2 persons). A two-storey villa located in the garden away from the shore. Ground floor: living room, bathroom with bathtub and shower, terrace with private pool and sitting area. Second floor: bedroom with king-size bed, bathroom with shower, small balcony. The villa does not have direct access to the beach.

Transfer: 45 minutes by seaplane (from 06:00 to 16:00) / for international arrivals and departures after 16:00, transfer by domestic airlines is available (25 minutes by plane to Dharavandhoo airport + 45 minutes by boat).
