Built in 2006, total area of 75,000 m2 . In 2016, the villas and the area around the villas were updated, in 2019-2020, the entrance model, lobby, cosmetic repairs in all rooms were updated. In 2017 - the main restaurant Hayat and Ala Carte restaurants in the main building, spa center and fitness center. In 2014, the Harmony building was built, area - 18,000 m2 . In 2017, a mini-club on the beach was opened. In 2023, an additional water park for children was built near the Harmony building - the Longy ship.
The territory of the two hotels was united. The names of some rooms were changed.
The hotel consists of one main 9-storey building, twelve 2-storey villas (60% of rooms with pool view), 24 family chalets and one 7-storey Harmony building (rooms with shower, central air conditioning, laminate):
