Built in 1993, total area 132,000 ^m2 , last partial renovation took place in 2023.

The hotel consists of one four-storey Hotel building, sixty-two two-storey Club blocks and four two-storey Select Villas. A total of 690 rooms.

Hotel :

84 Hotel Standard Room (including 48 Hotel Standard Room Sea View with sea view, double bed, single bed and sofa bed, max. 3+1 persons, 29 ^m2 );

47 two-level Hotel Dublex Family (including 26 Duplex Sea View with sea view, on the 1st level: bedroom without door, 2 single beds, shower; on the 2nd level: bedroom without door, double bed, max. 4+1 persons, 44 ^m2 ).

Club :

423 Club Standard Room (double bed, single bed and sofa bed or 2 single beds and sofa bed, max. 3+1 pers., 24-28 ^m2 );

77 two-level Club Dublex Family Room (2 single beds and a bathroom with shower on the 1st floor, a staircase from the inside leads to the second floor; on the second floor there is 1 double bed, a bathroom with shower, and there is also an interior door, max. 4+1 persons, 40 ^m2 ).

Select Villa (the Select Villa has its own swimming pool, relaxation areas and a bar-restaurant):

11 one-room Select Standard Rooms (1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 sofa, all rooms on the 1st floor, the room balcony has direct access to the pool, max. 3 people, 30 ^m2 );

25 two-level Select Dublex Family Rooms (on the 1st floor - two single beds and a bathroom with a shower, a staircase from the inside leads to the second floor, on the 2nd floor - a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a door; all rooms are located on the 2nd floor, from the balcony of the room there is a direct access to the pool via a staircase, max. 4+1 persons, 50 ^m2 );

11 two-room Select Junior Suites (living room, bedroom with door, bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 single bed, living room with sofa and armchairs; all rooms on the 1st floor, balcony with direct access to the pool, max. 3+1 persons, 45 ^m2 );

11 two-level three-room Select Senior Suites (2 bedrooms, 1 living room and 2 bathrooms; 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed), 1 living room and 1 bathroom, 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bathroom, room with connecting door; all rooms are on the 2nd floor, from the balcony of the room there is a direct access to the pool via stairs, max. 5 persons, 65 ^m2 ).
