Built in 2007, the total area is 120,000 ^m2 . In the winter of 2024, the hotel completed a large-scale renovation. All rooms in the villas were completely renovated, and in the main building, textiles, beds and air conditioners were replaced to provide guests with maximum comfort and coziness. In 2022, a complete renovation of the beach, restaurants and bars, as well as snack bars was carried out.

The hotel consists of a main 8-storey building and thirty-eight 3- and 4-storey villas:
