Built in 1979, the last renovation was carried out in the winter of 2018/19.
The hotel has 140 rooms in total:
Standard Inland View (21 m2, max. 2+2 persons, one-room apartment with bathroom, balcony or terrace, view of the surrounding area);
Standard Sea View (21–26 m2, max. 2+2 persons, one-room apartment with bathroom, balcony or terrace, sea view).
The rooms have 1 double or 2 single beds, and extra space is a folding bed.
The hotel has adjoining rooms with a common door, as well as rooms for people with disabilities.
