The hotel consists of a main building and 12 villas. The hotel has 174 rooms in the main hotel area and villas in the Belle Mare Villas area.

• 4 Ocean Suite (90 m², max. 2 people). Located as close as possible to the beach. Bedroom with king-size bed, living room and dressing area, bathroom with bath and shower, terrace with dining area. 
• 7 LUX* Suite (95 m², max. 2 people). Bedroom with king-size bed, living room and dressing area, bathroom with bath and shower, terrace with dining area. 
  
• 1 The Grand LUX* Suite (240 m², max. 3 or 2+2 children (3-17 years old) or 2+1 infant (0-3 years old)). Spacious villa with elegant design. Bedroom with king-size bed, dressing room, bathroom with bath and shower, living room with dining area. Terrace overlooking the garden, as well as a roof terrace for sunbathing. Personal butler services. 
  
• 14 Family Suite (120 m², max. 4+2 teenagers (12-17 years old) or 2+4 children (3-11 years old) or 2+2 infants (0-3 years old)). Represents 2 combined Junior Suite rooms. Two bedrooms (one has a king-size bed; the other has two twin beds) and 2 bathrooms with dressing rooms.
